Acceptable use

A short, fair set of rules for using NextPrep so it stays useful for everyone preparing for the exam.

Draft for the current prototype. A lawyer should review this text before public launch.

1.Use it to learn

NextPrep is for your own preparation. Practise, revise, take tests and share what helped you.

2.Please do not

Things that are not allowed:

  • Copy, scrape or republish our questions, explanations, flashcards or articles in bulk, or use them to train a competing product.
  • Share a paid term with other people or resell access.
  • Try to break, overload or bypass the service, its limits or its payment checks.
  • Submit questions you recalled from an examination or that you do not have the right to share.
  • Post abusive, hateful or misleading content through our forms, or misuse the partner programmes to mislead people.

3.Sharing and quoting

You are welcome to link to any page and to quote a short extract with credit. Screenshots of a question to ask a friend or a teacher are fine.

4.What we may do

If these rules are broken we may limit access, remove content or end a term, and where a payment was involved we will handle it under the refund policy. We will tell you why, and you can reply through the contact page.
