Refund and cancellation policy

What happens if NextPrep isn't right for you, in plain words, before you pay.

Draft for the current prototype. A lawyer should review this text before public launch.

1.The short version

You buy a fixed term once. It never renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge later.

If NextPrep doesn't work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of buying a term and we will refund it in full, as long as the account hasn't been used heavily. Heavy use is judged fairly, for example completing most of the question bank or many full mocks.

2.How to ask

Use the contact page and include the email you paid with and your invoice number from Plan and billing. We reply within a few working days.

3.After 7 days

We don't refund partway through a term as a general rule, because access was provided. If something was broken on our side for a meaningful time, or you were charged by mistake or twice, write to us and we will put it right, with a refund or an extension of your term.

4.Failed or duplicate payments

If money leaves your account and no term is activated, or you were charged twice, write to us with the payment id. Where a payment truly failed, your bank or UPI app normally returns the money automatically within a few working days. We refund confirmed duplicates in full.

5.How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show them.

6.Preview passes

A preview pass involves no payment, so no refund applies.

7.Your rights

Nothing here limits any rights you have under Indian consumer law.
