Terms of use

These are the ground rules for using NextPrep. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

Draft for the current prototype. A lawyer should review this text before public launch.

1.Using NextPrep means agreeing to these terms

By using the website or the learning tools, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, cookie policy and disclaimer. If you don't agree, please don't use NextPrep.

2.Who we are

The service is provided by NextPrep. NextPrep is our legal name. Reach us through the contact page.

3.What NextPrep is

NextPrep is an independent study platform for NEET PG preparation. It offers practice questions, flashcards, mnemonics, tests and progress tracking. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences, the National Medical Commission or any other examination or regulatory authority.

4.Original practice content

The questions, explanations, flashcards and mnemonics currently in NextPrep are original practice material. Each item displays its editorial status. Please don't rely on them as your only source, and check important facts against your standard textbooks and the official examination bulletin.

5.Your profile and data

A profile is stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for what you put in your notes. You can erase everything at any time from Settings.

6.Acceptable use

Please use NextPrep fairly. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, republish or resell the questions, explanations, flashcards, mnemonics or articles, in whole or in a systematic way;
  • use automated tools to extract content or to place unreasonable load on the service;
  • try to break, probe or bypass the service's security;
  • use NextPrep in a way that is unlawful or that harms others.

7.Ownership

The content, design, code and brand of NextPrep belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

8.No promises about results

We can't and don't promise any rank, score or admission. Your performance depends on many things we don't control. Analytics in NextPrep describe your practice data only and are not predictions.

10.Third-party links and services

NextPrep may link to third-party services, for example AI assistants you can choose to ask about NextPrep. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for what they say or do. Their names and logos belong to their owners.

11.Availability

We work to keep NextPrep available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or withdraw features.

12.Limits on our responsibility

NextPrep is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on the content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the courts of the jurisdiction we publish in our contact details before launch.

14.Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use NextPrep after a change means you accept it.
