Numbers that don't flatter and don't scare.
A percentage means little without the number behind it. NextPrep shows every figure with its denominator, waits for enough attempts before calling a subject strong or weak, and turns the result into one sensible next step.
What makes it different
The denominator, always
Ninety percent on five questions is not the same as ninety percent on five hundred. You always see both numbers.
Strong and weak, fairly
A subject is only labelled once there are enough attempts to say something. Until then it says so, rather than guessing.
One next step
The dashboard recommends what to do next: due flashcards, a pile of missed questions, a weak subject or an unseen area.
How it works
4 steps, in order.
- 1
Study as usual
Every answer you give in practice, quick sets and tests is recorded on your device with the time you took.
- 2
Open Performance
See overall accuracy, accuracy by subject, your streak and the progress through the question bank.
- 3
Find the leaks
On a paid term, go deeper: topic detail and repeated mistakes show where marks keep leaking.
- 4
Act on one thing
Follow the recommendation, retry your missed questions, and watch the numbers change over a week, not an hour.

Honest limits
- Analytics are calculated from the attempts stored on this device. Switching device or clearing site data resets them until accounts sync progress.
- There is no rank, percentile or comparison with other candidates. NextPrep does not have the pool of test-takers to do that honestly.
- Accuracy on NextPrep questions does not predict an examination score.

Common questions
What does the performance page show?
Overall accuracy, accuracy by subject, your streak, how far you have got through the question bank, and a recommended next step.
Why does it show the number of attempts?
A percentage means little without the number behind it. Ninety percent on five questions says very little, so we always show both.
When does it call a subject strong or weak?
Only once there are enough attempts to say something. Until then it says there is not enough data.
What is in topic detail and repeated mistakes?
On a paid term you see accuracy by topic and the questions you keep getting wrong, which is where marks usually leak.
Is there a rank or percentile?
No. NextPrep does not have a pool of test-takers to compare you with honestly, and we would rather show nothing than something misleading.
Where is my data stored?
On this device. Switching device or clearing site data resets it until accounts can sync progress. You can download your data from Settings.
How does the recommendation work?
In order: flashcards due, a pile of missed questions, a subject below the threshold once it has enough attempts, unseen questions, then a timed test.
Does accuracy here predict my exam score?
No. It describes your performance on NextPrep questions and nothing more.
