1.The short version
Recommend NextPrep honestly, disclose that your link is a partner link, and never say anything about us you cannot back up. We pay a share of each sale that sticks. We stop paying, and may end the partnership, if learners are misled.
2.Who can join
Affiliate and creator partners are adults who can describe a real audience of NEET PG aspirants. We review every application and may decline without giving a reason. Learner referrers are people who have used NextPrep and are described in their own section below.
3.Links, codes and attribution
Accepted partners get a code. A visit through your link or code is remembered in that visitor's browser for 30 days. If a visitor arrives through more than one partner, the most recent valid click gets the credit. Attribution uses only your code and an optional campaign tag. We do not share who bought.
Clearing browser data, switching device or blocking storage can lose attribution. We cannot credit what we cannot see.
4.What you earn
Commission is a share of the sale value excluding GST on each term bought through your link or code, and it rises as your sales grow. Affiliates earn 5% from the start, 7% from 5 sales, 10% from 15 sales. Creators earn 7% from the start, 10% from 5 sales. Learner referrers earn 3% from the start, 4% from 5 sales, 5% from 15 sales. A sale is counted when it is not refunded. The rate on a sale is the rate you were on when it was made, so a later step up never changes earlier sales. These are launch rates and apply to purchases made after you are accepted. We may change rates for future sales with 30 days' notice.
- No commission on purchases that are refunded, charged back, failed, or made by you or someone you control.
- Anyone who buys with a partner code gets 1 extra week on their first term.
- Group purchases count each seat as part of one sale and earn commission on what each person actually paid.

6.Payouts, tax and records
A sale becomes payable once 14 days have passed, which is longer than our refund window, so refunded sales never earn a payout. We pay monthly by bank transfer in Indian rupees once your balance reaches ₹1,000. Smaller balances carry forward.
Before the first payout we need your legal name, PAN and bank details. Tax, including any tax deducted at source or GST you must charge us, is handled as the law requires, and we may deduct what the law requires. You are responsible for your own tax. Until online payments open, we record sales by hand from purchase emails and tell you what we have recorded on your dashboard.
7.Disclosure
Make it obvious, near the link, in the same language as your content, that you earn from purchases. Plain wording works: "partner link: I earn if you buy". Follow the rules for advertising and influencers that apply to you, including those of the Advertising Standards Council of India.
8.What you may and may not say
Say things that are true, current and yours. Describe what you have used.
- Do not promise or imply a rank, score, selection or pass.
- Do not suggest NextPrep is official, approved by, or connected to NBEMS, the NMC or any examination authority.
- Do not claim results, user numbers or testimonials that you cannot show.
- Do not present questions as previous year or leaked papers. Do not share or ask for recalled or leaked exam questions anywhere near NextPrep.
- Do not describe the content as expert-reviewed until we say it is. Today it is original practice material awaiting independent review.
9.What is not allowed
Any of these ends commissions on the affected sales and may end the partnership.
- Fake reviews, fake accounts or paying people to post praise.
- Spam, unsolicited messages and misleading ads.
- Bidding on our name or brand terms in paid search, or registering lookalike domains or handles.

- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, self-referral and any attempt to game attribution.
- Targeting minors, or impersonating us or another person.
10.Learner referrals
Anyone who has used NextPrep can ask us for a referral code. A friend who is a new customer and buys with it gets 1 extra week on their first term, and you earn commission and perks as set out above. Self-referral and sharing codes on coupon sites are not allowed.
11.Checks, clawbacks and ending the partnership
We check for misleading claims and abnormal activity. If we find a breach we may withhold unpaid commission on affected sales, reclaim commission paid on sales later refunded or charged back, and end the partnership. You may leave at any time. We will tell you why we took action, and you may reply.
12.Using our name and logo
You may use the logo files and the descriptions on the press and brand kit page to refer to NextPrep, as supplied and without alteration. Do not use them in a way that suggests you are NextPrep.
13.Your data
We keep the application details you send, your code, and the records needed to pay you and meet our legal duties. We do not sell them. See the privacy policy for rights and contact details.
14.Changes and the usual legal bits
We may update these terms. If a change affects what you earn, we will give notice before it applies to new sales. These terms are the whole agreement for the programmes. Our liability is limited to unpaid commission you have earned. Governing law and the place for disputes will be stated here once our legal entity is set up.
